Minimum Night Policy:
May, September, & October: 3 night minimum
June, July, and August: 4 night minimum
7 Night Stay = 10% discount
2 Week Stay = 15% discount
3+ Week Stay = 20% discount
Please note: State and local taxes, a cleaning fee, and $500 damage deposit (returned within 7 days of stay if not needed) will be added on to the rental fees for your stay at Magnolia Farmhouse
