Do you have a minimum night stay?

Yes - in May, September, and October we have a 2 night minimum. In June, July, and August we have a 4 night minimum.

What is your cancellation policy?

If Guest cancels the reservation within 48 hours of contract submission, all monies paid will be refunded.

If Guest cancels the reservation after 48 hours of contract submission, but before 45 days of Guest check-in day, all deposit monies paid will be forfeited.

If Guest books the reservation within 45 days of check-in day, Guest will have to pay the entirety of the stay fees in full. Guest will still be able to cancel within 48 hours of contract submission. If Guest cancels after that 48 hours, all monies paid will be forfeited.

Do you have beach access?

Yes, we provide 10 beach passes for Fontana Beach. They must be returned in their box upon check-out or a fine will be invoiced for each pass not returned.

How many beds do you have in the home?

We have 4 bedrooms and 7 beds in total - 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 3 twin XL beds.

What baby items do you have?

We have two pack n’ plays (Baby Bjorn and Uppababy), a Lalo high chair & booster seat, a splat mat, bibs and other baby and kid-friendly kitchen items, a baby tub and accessories, and so much more.
